Our Story

Built to Solve Real Problems

Eighty6Eighty was born in direct response to pain points raised by our first partnering multifamily property — and we've been solving them at scale ever since.

One Clean Mission

Eighty6Eighty Waste Management LLC was formed in July 2025 by three co-founding partners with complementary expertise and a shared entrepreneurial vision: to eliminate operational inefficiencies in blue-collar industries and optimize business outcomes for their clients.

Eighty6Eighty recognized that existing waste management and valet trash models were structurally inadequate. Property management groups routinely pay suboptimal total costs to multiple vendors because no single company has stepped forward to offer a truly comprehensive solution.

Eighty6Eighty Waste Management delivers a comprehensive and differentiated approach to valet waste services. Beyond standard doorstep collection, the team transports resident waste directly off-site to the landfill, manages large and bulky item removals, and maintains clean, organized dumpster areas. This end-to-end service model ensures greater convenience, cleaner properties, and a more reliable experience for both residents and management teams—setting Eighty6Eighty apart through attention to detail and operational excellence.

In its first few months of operation, the company successfully expanded into Michigan with a primary focus on the greater Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Grand Rapids markets.

Athletic Foundation

Several co-founders are former Division I football players, bringing a high-performance, team-oriented mindset to the company's operations, with a strong emphasis on discipline, accountability, and consistent execution at every property.

Real Estate Expertise

Direct property ownership experience across commercial and residential real estate—spanning acquisition, development, and management—enables strong alignment with the priorities that matter most to decision-makers.

Business Education & Experience

Advanced business degrees and hands-on entrepreneurial experience inform our strategic, data-driven approach to operations.

Mission Statement

"One Clean Mission"

Our mission is to bring purpose, professionalism, and pride to blue-collar work, demonstrating that waste management—often overlooked or undervalued—can be executed with excellence and efficiency, and that when it is done well, it materially improves the quality of life for everyone in a community.
